This is the new Mclaren Technology Centre in Working, England where the queen herself opened up the place just 5 days ago. More than just the place for SLR production, it is now the center of the Mclaren Technology group...everything from composites to F1 (with a full windtunnel), to catering...that's right, Mclaren has one of the most sought after catering groups in Europe. After all, they feed the F1 crew all over the world, so the random corporate event somewhere in Europe's not such a big deal.
Oh and just to add, the SLR engines aren't produced there...but in good 'ol Affalterbach, right next to the line for the 65 bi-turbo engines.
