9ff is a Porsche tuner.. not sure if it's a complete 9ff version or just took some bits from 9ff and attached to it tough..

thats not Exhaust pipes.. :lol: i'm 90% sure those take air to the brakes.. (and i think the whole 9ff kit only added like 30hp or something...)
