I was wondering if anyone heard any more information about Jeff Gordon testing for BMW? If I remember right, he was supposed to do a test session with BMW at the Spanish GP but I have not heard anything about it. I wonder how he did and if BMW was impressed with his driving.

He did a thing with Williams BMW where they traded cars (him and Montoya [the bitch]) around Indy and the commentators mentioned he was 2 seconds off qualifying pace. He has been in open wheel for a long time before he entered CrapCar, I think he is just too old now.
P.S- I am not negative about everything I just dont like Montoya cus all he does is bitch about how Schumi beat him and Nascar is boring rednecks doing left turns with some drivers as exceptions

he was contacted by BAR but in teh interest of his lifestyle he durned it down and decided to stick with nasass. as far as i know he was never scheduled to test with BMW, he just did the seat swap with montoya but that's it

He has a lifetime contract with Hendrick in Nascar. It would take large sums of money to get him out of that.

As long as it didn't interfere with his nascar schedule i don't see the problem, not like he's competing against hendrick's in any way. but driving both would probably be a deterrent and they figure it might screw up his focus in the nascar races, who really knows but him

I am not a fan of Jeff Gordon in anyway, and I hate NASCAR with a passion, however I think Gordon would be a good way to start American talent (if any) into Formula 1.
